With years of mentorship, dedicated study of dharmic traditions, and a lifelong personal practice of āsana, prāṇāyāma, & meditation supporting me, I invite individuals to explore the art of embodiment.

Yoga helps us make sense of the story of us. Committing to living yoga philosophy allows one to embrace a present-focused state of mind that is playfully curious about sensation while maintaining a silent inner critic. The Patañjala aṣṭāṇga (eight limb) yoga path is a process of Self-realization with ethics embedded in it its limbs. These ethics orient a yoga practitioner, sadhak, towards peace and justice. Yoga (root word yuj-, meaning to “yoke” or “unite”) can be defined as skillful action: nonviolent and compassionate behavior in the world. A yogi lives harmoniously, aligned with the cycles and wisdom of nature, Mother Earth.

Using a consent-focused, accessible, and nervous system-informed approach, my yoga classes are welcoming for all bodies, identities, and abilities. May any merit gained from this practice be for the liberation of all beings, सर्वभूतानि (sarva-bhutāni), everywhere.

Private Yoga Sessions

In a one-on-one private yoga session, you will be guided through a comprehensive assessment in which I support you in setting a heartfelt intention, sankalpa, and a goal.

These sessions include education and personalized lifestyle, āsana, prāṇāyāma, and meditation routines which lay the foundation for a consistent personal yoga practice.

Sliding scale pricing: $30 — $100. In person & virtual options available. Weekly spots are now open for Fall 2025.
